Guidance based on my experience at your request only.

I start from the belief that you're already creative, resourceful, and whole — so my work isn't to fix you or hand you a plan. It's to ask the questions that let you hear yourself clearly, and to hold you to what you say matters.

Ways we can work together

One-to-one coaching

For people in the middle of a transition — a role, a relationship, a season of life.

Coaching follows an arc that deepens exploration and makes you accountable for change. Sessions are supplemented by coaching notes, online resources, and consulting tools based on your preferences to supplement your journey and lock it in.

Coaching Education

Coaching tools and techniques for groups that emphasize self-management to support management disciplines and supplement your team's leadership journey.

Half-day or full-day sessions, built around what your team is actually stuck on. Examples: Leading through Change; Mindful Leadership; Grounding in Values.

Teams & leaders

For groups who work well on paper and not so well in the room.

Half-day sessions, built around what your team is actually stuck on.

What clients say

"Cindy is such a thoughtful person and deep listener. I do find myself struggling with self-limiting beliefs and she is my advocate with myself. I felt safe and comfortable right away. I don't know how people do this work without that deep trust and it isn't easy for me."

— Laurie, July 2026

"I am an entrepreneur who has been fairly successful, but I am still early in my career journey. I came to find balance. Cindy has been supportive of my growth as a person. I am so grateful, but it has also helped my business. I'm learning that the parts of me are not separable and what shows up in one space also shows up in another. Thank you!"

— Thomas (August, 2026)

"Cindy brings a powerful intellect with broad and deep business and life experience to clients. I need to see progress toward goals and she has given me enough structure and support to do things that have been really hard for me."

— Sam, August 2026

Start with a conversation

Thirty minutes, complimentary. You tell me what's going on and we'll both know quickly whether this is a fit.

Coaching isn't therapy. If you're in crisis or working through trauma, a licensed therapist is the right support. Establishing a coaching relationship is an effective way to move forward with more freedom and aliveness when barriers to choice may be accessible to you with support that is present and future oriented. I believe that partnership between insightful, creative and curious people where the coach's sole goal is the client's expansion and highest expression has transformative power unusual in other modalities and professional relationships.
